6 #thriftscorethursday Happy 100

It's here, it's really here!! This week we are celebrating 100 weeks of #thriftscorethursday. One hundred days of digging for treasures, saving beautiful pieces from the landfill, and in my case starting new mini-collections (cough the new copper kick cough). Are you excited?! I know I am because we have some really fun things in store for you this week (psst, stick with me to the end for a special announcement)!

This week I thought it would be fitting to do a 180 and focus it all on you guys and THE best finds (IMO) of all time.

Digging back in the archives of my brain there have always been certain thrifty submission that have tugged at my will to live. I told myself if I ever found these pieces in real life, I wouldn't bat an eye at selling a kidney for any one of them, starting with the Knight Head Ice Bucket:

Debra from eveislestudios posted this guy waaay back in our sixth week. Debra also gave me my biggest ice bucket challenge to date- no not the dumping ice and recording it. Rather, I've been hunting for the most unique ice bucket in history. My hunt has left me empty handed thus far but I'd surely settle for a knights head. Occasionally my roommates may hear me whisper "I will never let go Jack, I'll never let go."

Back on the 33rd week, Sabrina from futuristichuman- aka the thrifting godess, posted this absolutely perfect bean shaped table, aka the Jetsons table:

I know Sabrina must have had Eminem's 'Stan' playing when she clicked submit as I imagine her (in her best villain voice) raping: I hope you can't sleep and you dream about it, and when you dream I hope you can't sleep and you SCREAM about it.

Happened once, I swear.

Ok enough of the song puns. How about one last #thriftscorethursday archive submission from Steph from blissfully37 back in week 56:

The epitome of classy furniture, no? That's not her only ah-mazing submission-- her porthole mirror- 'yo hold my poodle. You will NOT be disappointed if you take a scroll through her feed.

There have been just sooo, sooo many good finds it was really difficult to narrow it down, I cannot wait to read your reactions to my co-hosts fav archive finds and fall head over heels all over again.

I just couldn't leave out some of the killer finds from last week's batch of #thriftscorethursday's so here are two of my favorites:

Francine really knows how to style a photograph to bring the best out in each piece without overwhelming the eye. The thrifted pieces- the brass geometric candle holders have the perfect amount of transparency. The little air plants really add the perfect amount of flair don't you think?!

Is it really a surprise that I'm featuring yet another piece of copper and another feature from my new instagram bff Jen? Does the apple fall far from the tree?

These copper cooling racks/trivets are totally up my alley. Definitely beats the modern yet ordinary Ikea set I have. Jen is totally becoming a master at bringing back the copper to its original sheen, be on the lookout!

And over the last year and a half, I've also fallen hard- real hard- for some of my co-hosts finds.

One of my favorite pieces from Cassie is actually a recent find, her new house er dollhouse:

Read all about the recent paint makeover here (photo source as well).

Yes she did paint her dollhouse door teal, and it's beyond adorable! It has been a lot of fun watching her progress on social media, so be sure to check back on her site for her updates! P.S. this is not her first rodeo, check out her adorable dollhouse finds of the past right here. Oh and I'm also super obsessing over another recent find- her typewriter!!

There are just so many pieces I love from Brynne's collections, like the adorable mini-acorns (back in week 40) and her typewriter but the one that always sticks in my mind is her glorious lucite table:

Sure she was having a slow couple weeks at the thrift stores around that time, but that beauty MORE than made up for it!

I have learned so many new terms and techniques really for the whole thrifting process-- to that I owe her many many thanks.

And for Corinna, my favorite thing is surprisingly not entirely thrifted OR one that she really featured on their own, but it has to go to those fun cacti candles:

They're an ebay score all the way back from week 50. She has gorgeously styled them with other candle-esque finds and makeovers over time as well. I am so smitten by Corinna's boho style like her pretty pink coral door paired perfectly with the moroccan wedding wall hanging.

These ladies are truly inspiring I tell ya!

Each of my co-hosts, Brynne, Cassie, and Corinna (thank you my loves, I couldn't have gone this far without you!!), are celebrating slightly different so you really don't want to miss out on the fun, so click on their beautiful faces already:
